Filipino Spouse Visa Specialist Support

【For Filipino Spouse Visas, Choose Pinoy Japan Visa Guide】

Specialized support for Japanese–Filipino couples navigating status-based visa procedures — from remarriage after divorce to spouse visas, changes of status, and renewals.

Preparing to Launch

Pinoy Japan Visa Guide is preparing to launch. The founder has 14 years of hands-on experience (2008–2022) as a registered 行政書士 (Administrative Scrivener) specializing in status-based residence permits.

Right now, information is being shared under the title “元行政書士” (former Administrative Scrivener). Formal case representation will begin once 行政書士 registration is complete (expected December 2026). Remarriage Support will be our first service available, since it does not require 申請取次 (Immigration filing) authorization.

Who This Service Is For

  • Filipino nationals who divorced their Japanese spouse and want to remarry a Japanese national under Japanese law
  • Filipino nationals whose residence status is uncertain following a divorce
  • Japanese nationals looking to bring their Filipino spouse to Japan
  • Filipino nationals married to a Japanese national, or anyone unsure how to proceed with a Certificate of Eligibility application

Featured: Remarriage Support

For Filipino nationals who divorced a Japanese spouse and want to remarry a Japanese national in Japan, before the Recognition of Foreign Divorce (ROFD) process in the Philippines is complete. This is the first service we plan to offer, and we believe it’s one of the hardest situations to find clear, reliable guidance on.

Available nationwide. Because this service is fully online, we can support you no matter which city or municipality in Japan you live in — this kind of specialized support is hard to find locally in most areas.

Our Other Services (Coming Soon)

We also support the full range of status-based visa procedures for Japanese–Filipino couples: Certificate of Eligibility applications, changes of status, long-term resident status following divorce, and renewals.

For Certificate of Eligibility (COE) pricing, please see our Japanese-language page, since this process is typically handled by the Japanese spouse. View COE pricing (Japanese) →

14 Years of Hands-On Experience

From 2008 to 2022, I supported 1,200 international couples as a registered 行政書士, across the full range of status-based visa matters — Certificate of Eligibility applications, extensions of stay, changes of status, permanent residency, and long-term resident status following divorce.
